4. Cash on Delivery Policy (Optional)

COD Availability: Partial Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations.

Advance Payment Requirement: A small advance payment is required for COD orders. The applicable advance amount will be displayed during checkout.

Rules for COD Orders: Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and accept delivery of confirmed COD orders. Customers who refuse or fail to accept COD deliveries after dispatch may lose eligibility for COD on future orders.

Refund Conditions for COD Advance: The COD advance may be refunded where the order is cancelled before dispatch or where a refund is otherwise applicable under the Refund & Replacement Policy. Refunds are subject to verification and applicable payment processing timelines.

Refunds are generally not applicable for change of mind or refused COD deliveries after dispatch.
